Refunds & Returns

Thank you for shopping at glitzark.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Our Refund and Returns Policy outlines the process for returning or exchanging items. Please read the following carefully.

1. Return Window

You have 15 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. After 15 days, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Items marked as final sale

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us at rmtradingcompanyllc@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.

  3. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN).

  4. Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include the proof of purchase.

  5. Send the item(s) to the return address provided by us. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet our return policy requirements, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process after we receive the returned item.

  • Shipping Charges: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will be happy to exchange it for the correct product or a similar item. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of the item and we will provide instructions for the exchange.

If you simply wish to exchange your purchase for a different size, color, or item, you will need to follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective item at no additional cost to you. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement.

7. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance".

  • Used or damaged items that do not meet the criteria listed above.

  • Products not purchased through glitzark.com.
